In a private healing session, I combine my own set of God-given gifts with my formal Energy training to support and faciliate a client’s own natural ability to heal themselves. The hour-long healing sessions are experienced in a safe and comfortable environment tailored specifically to support each individual’s needs.

The time required for an energy healing session will vary from person to person and depends on many factors including the specific treatment, state of the client, and progress of a disease or illness.

A Reiki or Chelation healing session will last approximately 1 hour. Clients should always allow extra time after each session to completely integrate the healing and allow for the newly balancing energies to stabilize.  During your treatment, you are either sitting comfortably and quietly in a chair or lying on a healing table.

A safe and sacred healing environment is extremely important to us and to the well-being of our patients.   Non-contact, off the body energy healings are available for any persons uncomfortable with touch therapy, or the “laying of hands'.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
During any given session, a client may (but need not) experience sensations in parts or all of the body, such as apparent temperature changes, “buzzing”, tingling, and/or subtle sensations occasionally described as "flutters or motion”. The most common experience is a refreshing sense of serenity and relaxation that often leads to dozing or even deep relaxing sleep.

Nevertheless, emotions associated with long-buried painful experiences and issues may arise as part of the natural (and quite safe) processes of self-healing and clearing. Deep personal insights, visual images and brilliant colors and lights are common experiences. Past memories or “movie” type images are also possible. Clients often report feeling much more relaxed, less tension, less and/or elimination of pain in their body, a renewed sense of joy in life, and comforting shifts in perspective around challenging issues or situations that are currently in their lives. When blocks are released and energy is adjusted into balance, toxins may be released into the physical body.

Extra rest and drinking lots of water helps support the healing process.

WHAT TO WEAR:
For all the healing therapies listed, the client is to wear loose, comfortable clothing, with shoes off and heavy metal jewelry and belts removed. Depending on the therapy session chosen, the client will either be sitting in a comfortable chair or resting quietly on a comfortable massage table.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISTANCE HEALING/PHONE SESSIONS:

• Prepare a comfortable place where you can rest uninterrupted and with minimal distractions. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Remove your shoes, heavy metal jewelry and belts.
• Think about any issues or situations you would like to work with on any/all levels; emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. If you have a wish or desire regarding the challenge, ask to be supported in your desires.
• Place a phone in a convenient location where we can talk as you lay or sit relaxing. A headset or speakerphone works well.
• Have a blanket handy – you may experience body temperature changes.
• I will place the call to you at the agreed upon designated time.
• Relax, receive, and enjoy the healing energy support.

Note: Distant or absent healing is equally as powerful and impactful as in-person sessions. Please refer to the “what to expect” information noted above.

The client rests quietly while the healer follows and adjusts the clients energy field and chakras on many different levels to align and support healing on very deep and often sub-conscious levels.
